His domain knowledge is backed by successful stints at various leading organizations in the telecom industry.
With investment funding as his core domain of expertise, Jaideep has held senior management positions at leading global organizations, through the span of his career. He has a deep know-how and experience in specific areas such as Credit Research and Originations, risk management, credit and operation management roles. Jaideep graduated in Economics from the prestigious Sriram College of Commerce in New Delhi and holds an MA degree in Management Studies (Finance and Marketing) from the University of Mumbai.
A sales and marketing guru with over three decades of experience under his belt, Deepak Shetty dons varied professional hats now. A go-to market business consultant, a successful businessman and a mentor, Deepak is a part of the advisory board at LMES. In his last assignment as the Chief Marketing Officer for Moser Baer India Ltd., he oversaw multiple business verticals like Blank Optical Media, Home Entertainment, IT peripherals, LED Lighting, Memory Business for India and SAARC.
A Serial Entrepreneur, a Start-up Evangelist, an Angel Investor and a Mentor - Arvind Sehgal has donned many hats through the span of his illustrious career. He is the Founder and CEO of New Era America (Trenton, NJ).He sold the Indian operations, New Era India Consultancy Pvt. Ltd, which he founded and served as CEO of, to Enjapan Inc (Nikkei listed). He opted to be on the other side of the table by being an investor and mentor to start-ups, currently being involved with 5-6 organizations.
Mr. Rahul Sharma is presently a Partner with Executive Access Hong Kong, a top-ranked leading executive search and human resources consulting firm in Asia and is also acting as Non-Executive Director in Dr. Path Labs, one of the top pathology labs in India. His areas of expertise include executive search and consulting within the Investment Banking (ECM/DCM/M&A/Industry etc.), Corporate Banking, Private Equity, Distressed Debt, Fixed Income, Equities, as well as Fund and Wealth Management areas.
He has spent over sixteen years with Executive Access. He initially joined Executive Access in 1993 with a mandate to create and develop the research group. Almost immediately he was asked to manage a large portfolio of regional projects that included very senior hires as well as helping build investment banking and research teams for major banks/Wall Street firms. In the following years he built a substantial Investment Banking and a Private Equity practice for Executive Access focusing on Pan Asian mandates and projects including India. In addition to managing straight executive search mandates he has also completed a variety of projects focused on entry strategy and human resources consulting. Mr. Sharma has also developed compensation and benefits plans (including ESOP/Incentive plans) and organizational structures for a variety of companies in the region including India.
Prior to joining Executive Access, Mr. Sharma spent over seven years with India's largest financial institution, The State Bank of India. He joined the bank as a Management Trainee (Probationary Officer) and worked in India, and then in Tokyo (Japan) for three years on foreign exchange, credit and treasury desks. Mr. Sharma is a graduate from the University of Delhi where he received his degree in Mathematics with honours; in addition he also has a degree in Commerce. Mr. Sharma also completed Post Graduate in Management from the University of Delhi. He is also an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Bankers. While at State Bank of India Mr. Sharma also completed courses in leadership development and planning.

She has worked on 2G/3G/4G Cloud, NFV, IoT Technologies and has been associated with global telecom giants such as Nokia, Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent.
Yogendra is a sales and marketing professional backed by successful journey at leading organizations like Vodafone, TataSky and Idea. With over a decade of experience in Telecom, DTH, Consumer broadband, Yogendra heads the sales function. His key strengths include Retail & Distribution Management, Profit Center Operations, Marketing and his expertise in various rural and urban market and implemented sales processes.
